Kristopher Z. Fannin, M.D., earned bachelor’s and medical degrees from the University of Louisville, where he also completed his family medicine residency. Dr. Fannin, board certified in family medicine, is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Greater Louisville Medical Society. An Ashland, Kentucky native, he enjoys spending time with his family and dog Jack, travel, cooking, hiking and kayaking.
