  Michael A. Valenti

  Mr. Valenti concentrates his practice in the business law arena, with a heavy emphasis on securities law and litigation and business tort litigation of all kinds. Mr. Valenti's securities law practice is national in scope. He has represented investors and companies in securities and investor fraud related matters in jurisdictions and arbitration forums located throughout the country. Mr. Valenti and his team have also represented individuals and companies in criminal matters involving securities related issues. Mr. Valenti also regularly handles most other types of business/commercial disputes, such as breach of contract actions, intellectual property litigation, and employment law litigation.

  John E. Hanley is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. In 1997, Mr. Hanley teamed with Michael A. Valenti to form the law firm now known as Valenti Hanley PLLC. Mr. Hanley primarily serves as outside general counsel for a number of businesses located in Kentucky and advises them on a host of legal issues. Mr. Hanley devotes the rest of his practice to civil litigation for both the plaintiff and defendant with an emphasis on general business litigation & employment litigation.

  The McCrocklin family settled in Kentucky before it became a Commonwealth. Jim McCrocklin was born and raised in Louisville. Jim was invited to join the firm of Valenti Hanley PLLC and has taken a position as Of Counsel. Jim, throughout his career, has had an interest in securities litigation.

  Associate Attorney

  Hayden A. Holbrook is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. Hayden joined Valenti Hanley PLLC as a summer law clerk while in school, and joined the firm as an associate attorney after graduation. Hayden's practice focuses on both litigation and transactional work in the business context, including contractual disputes and negotiations, securities, patents, trademarks, corporate governance, creditors' rights, commercial leases, and employment matters.
