Steven D. Glassman, M.D., is a spine surgeon and orthopedic surgeon with Norton Leatherman Spine. He earned his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York, New York. He completed his internship and residency in general surgery at Montefiore Medical Center, and a residency in orthopedic surgery at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, both in New York. Dr. Glassman also completed a fellowship in spine surgery with the Leatherman Spine Fellowship Program in Louisville. He is board certified in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Glassman also is a professor of orthopedic surgery at the University of Louisville School of Medicine and served as past president of the Scoliosis Research Society.
