In the past, Michael worked as an Internet Sales Manager and Impact General Manager where he developed his skills in staff management, customer service and the use of technology and social media. Karla has played an integral role as an Office Manager since 2014. We are lucky to have Latoyia, she is NIADA and CPO Specialist. Prior to joining our team, she worked as a Sales and Leasing Consultant and Brand Ambassador for Lexus of Louisville. She also owned a successful business for several years. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s in business administration.
