They tell you parking is validated on their lot but charge $14.95 day fee- across the street is $7 and no stairs. When questioned about the charge deskclerk said it is validated not understanding what validation means. Clerk was rude snidfull and pleased with herself when we had to pay a third parking charge for a two day stay- she was not a good rep for holiday inn
