    <p>Before coming to KinderCare in October, Heather has 13+ years of experience in the early childhood field. She was recently a Director of a large childcare facility in Jessamine County. She loves developing strong relationships with the families, but her primary focus is the health, safety, happiness and education of every child. Heather developed and designed her own curriculum in the past, and has a strong love for the learning of children who attend her center. She is a UK alumni and loves UK basketball :)</p>

    Spending her summers at the Kentucky School for the Blind with her grandmother or working as a summer camp counselor, Ms. Niecey realized that she had a passion and enjoyed working with children and youth.&nbsp; It gave her a sense of giving back.&nbsp; She remembered as a child all the great teachers she had and that's what she wanted to do.&nbsp; To be an inspiration and giving back.&nbsp;
