Jessica M Sokan, MD

Jessica M. Sokan, M.D., is a pediatrician with Norton Children’s Medical Group – Broadway. She earned her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where she also completed her pediatrics residency. Dr. Sokan provides primary care for patients from birth through young adulthood. She supports parents, promotes healthy habits, and delivers evidence-based care. Her special areas of focus include reversible birth control placement and removal, and simple laceration repair. Dr. Sokan’s philosophy of care centers on creating a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable and receive personalized care that meets their unique needs. She believes pediatric care is a team effort, where parents, caregivers and medical professionals work together to ensure a happy and healthy life for patients. Outside of work, Dr. Sokan enjoys practicing yoga, reading, and traveling across the U.S. and around the world.
