Kevin T. Breen, M.D., P.h.D., is a medical oncologist with Norton Cancer Institute. He earned his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, where he also earned a doctorate in neuroscience. Dr. Breen completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson, and his fellowship in medical oncology at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. He is board certified in medical oncology and internal medicine. Dr. Breen specializes in providing care for adults with brain cancer and other types of cancer. His clinical focus includes treating patients with chemotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapy, as well as developing and advancing new treatments through clinical trials. His goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while expanding therapeutic options for cancer patients through innovative research. Outside of work, Dr. Breen is an avid runner, enjoys spending time with his rescue dog, Astro, and is a lifelong Detroit Tigers fan.
