Dr. Owczarzak is board certified in otolaryngology. Dr. Owczarzak completed her medical education at Drexel University College of Medicine in 2002, her residency in general surgery at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital in 2003, her residency in general surgery at New York-Presbyterian University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell in 2004, her residency in otolaryngology at New York-Presbyterian University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell in 2008, and her fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology at Texas Children's Hospital in 2009.
